What this site is
The pages describe our practice: financial audit of applications that feed investment portfolio dashboards. Descriptions of services, timing, and typical deliverables are information. They are not an offer, a quotation, or a commitment to accept an engagement.
No professional relationship from browsing
Reading this site, sending an enquiry, or booking a scoping call does not create an advisor–client relationship. That relationship begins only when both sides have signed an engagement letter and any deposit named in that letter has been received.
Accuracy of site content
We take care with practice notes and service descriptions. They are general. Your application, vendor, and reporting calendar may differ. Do not treat a practice note as advice on your file. If a page and a signed letter disagree, the letter prevails.
Acceptable use
You may browse, print, and share links for ordinary business purposes. You may not scrape the site in a way that impairs other visitors, present our pages as your own, or use our name to imply that we have audited an application we have not been engaged to review.
Intellectual property
Site text, layout, and our name are ours unless a credit says otherwise. Photographs are used under the terms of their public sources. Reports we issue under an engagement letter belong to the addressee for the use named in that letter; they are not licensed by these website terms.

Liability
This website is provided as a public description of the practice. To the extent Malaysian law allows, we are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of these pages. Liability for contracted work is set out in the engagement letter for that work.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts in Selangor have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes about the site. Engagement letters may name a different venue for the professional work they cover.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date of the current version is 12 August 2026. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms for website use.
