About the practice
A small advisory in Klang, built around one kind of file.
IndexPortal Hub Advisory exists to audit the applications that turn custodian files and calculation rules into portfolio dashboard figures. We are not a software house and we do not sell dashboard licences.
The practice opened because internal audit teams and family offices kept receiving colourful packs whose numbers could not be tied back to a statement. The gap was rarely the chart. It was the application: mappings nobody owned, calendars set to another market, overrides that never expired.
We work from 3095 Jalan Goh Hock Huat in Kampung Sungai Pinang, Klang. Clients are typically in Selangor and Kuala Lumpur; we travel when fieldwork needs a supervised walkthrough of an operations room. Reports are written in English, which is also the language of this site.
Engagements are staffed by the three people named below. We do not send a junior team to “gather context” and a partner to the closing meeting. The person who scopes the work is the person who signs the report.

Application and data reviewer
Wei Ming traces files from custodian extracts through mapping tables. He is the person who will sit with your operations lead and ask where the cash accounts actually live.
Priya Nair
Calculation and controls reviewer
Priya re-performs valuations and returns, and reads override logs. She writes the parts of the report that investment committees actually argue about.
Who we work with
Licensed intermediaries that need an independent look at the application behind client or committee dashboards. Family offices that inherited a vendor stack. Internal audit teams that want sampling and a file they can keep. We are not a substitute for a statutory financial-statement audit, and we do not opine on investment performance as a product.
What we will not do
We will not certify that an entire platform is correct. We will not write marketing copy for a vendor. We will not implement the application for you. If you need build work, we will say so in the first call and point you elsewhere.
