Portfolio dashboard application audit
We do not redesign screens. We test whether the application behind the dashboard can support the numbers it publishes. Scope is a named set of views, portfolios, and periods. Fieldwork follows each in-scope figure back through mappings, pricing, and any manual overlay.
The deliverable is a written report: application boundary, tested items, exceptions, and recommendations graded for an audit committee file. Engagements are staffed from our Klang office and can include a findings discussion in person or by video.

What clients asked us to look at
They did not review our screens. They reviewed the application that filled the screens, which is what our audit committee had actually asked for.
The lineage map showed a cash account we had stopped using two years earlier. It was still feeding a tile in the family pack.
We used the go-live conditions in their pre-implementation note as the agenda for the vendor’s last workshop. That saved us a quarter of arguing after launch.
